Transfer of Gas Connection

SNGPL accepts online applications for the transfer of gas connections in their Name. Due to the following reasons:

  • Inheritance property
  • Change in tenancy
  • Purchase of new property

Purchase of new property:

If you can purchase a new property and want to transfer previous ownership of the Sui gas connection into your Name for this purpose, you can require the following documents:

  • Written application for the transfer of Sui gas connection by the present owner.
  • Copy of latest bill paid by previous or present owner
  • Affidavit (Bayen e halfi) on Rs. 100 legal stamp papers.
  • Photocopy of property documents, i.e., Registered Sale deed, Fard/Ownership Mutation, or Transfer Letter.

Inheritance property:

Now, you can also change ownership of your inheritance property connection into your Name. Requisite documents required to change the connection:

  • Written application to change ownership of the Gas connection
  • photocopy of the latest paid bill
  • photocopy of CNIC
  • Affidavit on Rs. 100 legal stamp paper
  • Copy of the death certificate of the present owner
  • Photocopy of property documents (Latest Fard or Gift Deed)

Guidelines:

  • The application will be submitted to the Regional office and online through the official website of SNGPL.
  • Application process completed till next billing cycle.
  • The business development department of SNGPL is responsible for the transfer of gas Connection.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) is not a mandatory requirement by the SNGPL for transferring the Sui Gas Connection from the previous owner to the present owner.
  • All the dues must be cleared before applying.
  • The SNGPL charges no fees for the processing of the application.

Online Application for Housing Society/Extension on RLNG

Online application accepted by the SNGPL for new housing society and its extension.

The following requisite documents are required for housing societies:

  • A written request on letterhead regarding the provision of RLNG.

  • Authority letter in favor of the signatory bodies.
  • NTN certificate of the owners
  • Registration certificate of the colony/societies.
  • No objection certificate from the development authority.
